Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward 3 Angleton Glanrhyd, providing nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs, and supporting complex discharge planning.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community ward setting. Within this role, you will be part of the team caring for patients.

Main duties of the job
Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field? We currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTMUHB, where free car parking is available.
The team of qualified nurses and healthcare support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.
We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable individuals who want to care for adults in the community hospital setting. You will be part of a team providing personalised care, supporting learning, and fostering an open and fair culture. Support and development will be provided through training, appraisals, and supervision.
The post holder will be part of an integrated team supported by registered nurses, Ward Manager, and Deputy Ward Manager. Informal visits are encouraged to familiarize applicants with our services and answer questions.
