Job Description
We are seeking a Market Abuse Contractor to support first line compliance activities within a UK platform business. The role will focus on post-trade monitoring, transaction reporting oversight, and the documentation of controls and findings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting post-trade monitoring to identify potential market abuse risks
* Reviewing and overseeing transaction reporting processes and controls
* Investigating and escalating alerts as required
* Maintaining accurate records and clear documentation of reviews and outcomes
* Supporting other first line trade surveillance and oversight activities
* Assisting with process improvements and control enhancements
The ideal candidate will have practical, hands-on experience operating transaction reporting and trade oversight controls within a UK financial services or platform environment, with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
