Ability to role-model and teach independence skills.
Strong IT and recording skills (Clear Care or similar systems).
Communication, empathy, and leadership ability.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Desirable: NVQ/QCF Level 3, experience leading shifts/supervising staff, safeguarding or mentoring training, full UK driving licence.

Access to our unique Youth Degree BA (Hons) pathway.

*

Comprehensive induction, training, and reflective practice.

*

Staff benefits: Blue Light Card, MyPerks, Wisdom EAP.

*
