An established international manufacturer and distributor of high-quality industrial components is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their UK sales team. This organisation has a global presence including operations in Europe, North America, and Asia.
The UK-based sales office is responsible for business development and customer support across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions, offering premium brands in cooling and motion control systems alongside other electromechanical products.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote position with a strong emphasis on field-based customer engagement. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, contribute to market strategy, negotiate contracts, and help drive revenue growth. Regular customer visits to provide technical solutions for fans, motors, and switches are a key part of the role. Ideally you will be based from the northern home counties up to the M62 corridor.
Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Technical qualification or relevant experience in electrical or electronic engineering
* Proven track record in solution sales
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and creative in problem-solving
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
* Background in industrial/manufacturing sectors
* Experience with design-in processes for electromechanical components is a plus
