AllstaffProfessional Services Division requires an HR Advisor for our prestigiousmanufacturer based in Paisley. You will be required to travel to another site,15 minutes away and due to location, own transport is essential. Hybrid workingmodel is available working 1 day from home per week.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm with some flexibility required.
The focus of this role will be to support the organisation with Employee relations and positively influence employee engagement, working closely with a number of departments in doing so. You will coach and guide line managers/team leaders in relation to performance management and support with the full cycle of recruitment.
Reporting into the HRBP, duties will include:
* Advising on pay and remuneration includingpromotion and benefits
* Keeping staff up to date with Employmentlegislation
* Coaching, challenging and supporting linemanagers in the understanding and implementation of policies such asperformance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance
* Supporting with recruitment, developing roleprofiles, adverts and candidates selection and interviewing
* Ensuring Occupational Health cases are managed,offering guidance with complex cases
* Involved in HR policy development
* Carrying out general HR administrative tasks

Ideally if you have worked in a manufacturing/industrial setting and have your CIPD or working toward this, that would be preferred.
