Job Responsibilities & Objectives
* Lead the onboarding and operation of global brand owners, large retailers, and e-commerce platforms to grow the scale and market share of the company's imported products.
* Drive and achieve core daily performance metrics, including GMV, gross profit, and net profit.
* Negotiate with suppliers; align on business plans; develop effective marketing and product sales strategies; and secure supplier marketing resources and funding support.
* Expand and develop new suppliers globally; manage, evaluate, and optimize supplier performance; and maintain a healthy supplier ecosystem and partnerships.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, import/export trade, or merchant acquisition.
* Experience in categories such as golf, fishing gear, sports/outdoor; merchant resources and management experience preferred.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and solid data analysis skills.
* Willing to take on challenges; strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.
