What You Will Do

* Identify and reduce inefficiencies in procurement, production, and distribution.
* Develop data-driven financial strategies to forecast risks and ensure long-term stability.
* Expand Product Lines & Strengthen Supply Chain
* Lead product expansion initiatives, entering new categories and partnerships.
* Oversee and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
* Develop in-house manufacturing capabilities to support scalable production.
* Drive innovation in product formulation, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
* Manage Client Relationships & Retention
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-value service delivery.

* Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

What You Will Need to Succeed
* Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing.
