Client Overview
Our client is a directly authorised broker whose sales team works 100% remote providing advice on income protection, life & protection solutions across the UK. Leads are 100% generated in-house.
After their best year ever in 2025, they are hiring a small number of experienced protection advisers to join their successful salesforce.
What We Offer
* Starting salary negotiable depending on experience
* OTE £50‑60,000 (un‑capped bonus)
* 100% remote role (including training) with no weekend work and a 3.30 finish each Friday
* Working hours: 9:30 to 6:30 Monday to Thursday; high performers can set their own hours with clear, achievable objectives
* Regular lead generation through a wide range of marketing initiatives, including collaborations with household names in sport
Responsibilities
* Generate your own leads via in‑house marketing initiatives
* Consultatively manage and convert leads to maximise outcome
* Maintain and grow a high‑value client portfolio
* Meet clearly defined sales objectives and quarterly targets
* Collaborate with the remote team to share best practices and lead quality
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years phone‑based life & protection sales experience
* Experience handling web‑generated leads and evidence of maximizing potential per lead
* Strong consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills
* Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Rewards
* Starting salary based on previous performance, reviewed twice yearly
* Existing top performers earn more than £60,000 thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme
