Job Overview
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. They will assist in managing and organizing their clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of staff members.
Main Duties
* Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
* Implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing interventions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Support the education and supervision of junior staff and students.
