Allied Vehicles Limited is a leading multi-brand specialist in servicing and accident repair, seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning, dynamic team. The working pattern is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with an additional 4 hours on a Saturday on a rotational basis (roughly every 1 in 7).
The basic salary starts from £43,758, with a time saved efficiency bonus on top!
Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to standard job times.
* Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines (if certified).
* Specialise in diagnostics, efficiently identifying root causes and carrying out repairs.
* Continuously enhance technical skills by participating in on-site training, attending supplier and manufacturer courses, and reviewing technical bulletins.
* Communicate with customers about any issues with their vehicles, ensuring professionalism and exceptional service at all times.
* Uphold high standards of housekeeping and comply with health and safety practices.
* Accurately complete vehicle condition reports and job cards.
Qualifications
* Strong technical skills and experience with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
* You will hold a level 3 SVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
