We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic graduate or qualified Band 5 Physiotherapist seeking a varied rotational experience in a community setting. This is an opportunity to progress your registered professional career working within a variety of excellent multi-disciplinary teams and with dedicated Senior Physiotherapists based across Nottinghamshire.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
You will have the opportunity to work in the following areas, rotations are for 6 months:
1. Pulmonary Rehabilitation
2. Musculoskeletal Outpatients
3. Primary Care - Community Therapy
4. Paediatrics
5. Mental Health in Older People - Highbury Hospital & Community
You must have varied placement experience at undergraduate level, excellent communication skills, and experience of team working. You should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of assessment and treatment in the clinical setting. This is predominantly a community post.
You will be well supported with personal & professional development with structured supervision, appraisal, peer support, and CPD. Each rotation is supervised by an experienced Specialist Physiotherapist.
