Role responsibilities:

Manage EHCP processes, compliance, and multi-agency meetings

Coordinate a team of Teaching Assistants, EP services, and specialist support programmes

Design staff CPD in universal inclusion, scaffolding, and assistive technologies
Candidate profile:

Qualified Teacher with SENCO status (or current training) and SEND leadership experience

Excellent understanding of legal frameworks, multi-agency working, and SEND differentiation
