Export Forwarder (Ocean & Road) - Operations
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Effectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish
* Prepare and process all export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial and Certificates of Origin.
* Ensure all documentation complies with customer, carrier, & regulatory requirements.
* Follow SOP's and update accordingly
* Submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8
* Prepare and complete full export documentation and sending prealerts within set KPI
* Ensure compliance with export control regulations inlcuding AMS / ACI / ISF
* Sending EDI bookings and SI to carriers
* FCL and LCL Quotations upon request
* Manage multiple shipments simultaneously, ensuring accuracy & adherence to deadlines
* Resolve any issues related to documentation, cargo readiness, delays, or carrier disputes.
* Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
