We are currently partnering with a well-established global manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager based in King's Lynn.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a growing and supportive organisation, playing a key role within the finance function and wider business operations.Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and group reporting requirements, whilst overseeing the day-to-day management of the finance team.This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can work to strict reporting deadlines, build strong relationships across the business and provide proactive leadership to the finance function.Key responsibilities include:Production of monthly management accounts and period-end reportingManagement and support of a finance team of 5Oversight of balance sheet and profit & loss integrityManagement of accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control functionsReview and improvement of financial processes and internal controlsInvestigation and analysis of variances across revenue, stock and overheadsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP systemLiaising with external auditors and group finance colleaguesWe are open to qualified, part-qualified or QBE candidates. Study support is available for part-qualified applicants.Previous management or supervisory experience would be highly desirable, although not essential.
