Health & Safety Advisor West Midlands | £45,000 – £50,000 Company Vehicle | Permanent, Full-Time A leading construction subcontractor is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support multiple live projects across the West Midlands. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where you’ll play a key part in driving safety standards, supporting site teams, and helping to maintain a positive safety culture across the business. The Role * Provide professional health & safety support across live construction projects * Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and reduce risks * Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and management to embed a strong safety culture * Ensure compliance with UK legislation, company policies, and industry best practice * Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote safe working * Support the roll-out of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programmes What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction sector * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) – essential * Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage teams effectively * Proactive approach with a genuine passion for health & safety improvement * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between multiple sites What’s on Offer * Salary £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience * Company vehicle for travel to sites * Chance to join a growing subcontractor that invests in people and progression * Supportive culture with health & safety at the core of every project * Exposure to a wide variety of construction projects to broaden your experience If you’re ready to take the next step in your Health & Safety career with a business that truly values safety and development, apply today with your CV
