Project Manager role
The Project Manager will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating design teams and managing stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure delivery in line with programme, cost and quality expectations. Responsibilities include procurement, contract administration (JCT), reporting and overseeing construction progress on site. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects across various sectors.
Qualifications
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or similar. The Project Manager will have experience across sectors such as education, office, retail or residential. Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM or equivalent is desirable. The Project Manager will be ambitious, organised and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
