Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. The role is primarily non-customer-facing and involves supporting internal teams, managing quotes and ensuring smooth project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer project delivery for low-risk, small-to-medium scope projects
* Handle straightforward legal and commercial tasks related to project activities
* Read, analyse, and manage data from emails and spreadsheets
* Act as an intermediary between Sales and Remarketing Managers to create and manage quotes using Microsoft Dynamics D365
* Take ownership of quote management, ensuring clear communication between Sales, Remarketing, and the factory (TRC)
* Understand and follow business workflows, compliance metrics, and internal policies
* Maintain knowledge of country-specific regulations, including import/export laws and global trade requirements (training provided)
* Manage the handover process from quote to order using email and Microsoft Dynamics D365
* Support general administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
* Assist in managing client delivery relationships at a junior to mid level
* Occasionally represent the organisation in communications with external stakeholders
* Support project team coordination, including managing internal and external resources (teams under 7 people)
* Encourage skill development within the team and provide constructive performance feedback
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage and interpret data across multiple systems
* Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
* Understanding of basic project management methodologies (or willingness to learn)
* Comfortable working with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Dynamics D365 (or similar systems)
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
