Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) - Woking / Hybrid - up to £70k (OTE)
We’re on the hunt for a business-minded, sales-focused Business Development professional to join a successful Digital Marketing agency in Woking.
Working closely with the MD and building and leading a small sales team, you will help to create and implement a business development plan that will build and expand the client base for the agency.
With a focus on a new AI service, this is a fantastic opportunity for the company to lead and own the market in this business area - and the successful BD Manager will capitalise on this!
The ideal candidate will be a successful BD / Sales Exec / Manager with a keen eye for opportunity and a business-savvy nature. You’ll have the skill and ability to identify and connect with new business opportunities and the commercial insight to convert them into sales and long-term business partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
* Exceptional business development / sales skills and the drive to succeed
* A good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, analytics, web building, research and social media) and/or AI is highly beneficial
* Commercially aware - the ability to understand what clients want and how it can be delivered
* Persuasive communication skills and impeccable written English - the ability to proofread copy is a necessity
* Line management experience
* Ambitious, creative, eager to continue learning and develop
* IT and tech literate
