They are recruiting for a hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a range of commercial, local authority and domestic contracts across the Midlands. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience, undertaking ACOP L8 compliance duties. Experience / Qualifications: - Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer - Robust knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines - Experience working across commercial, local authority and domestic client sites - Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills - Hardworking attitude The Role: - Showerhead descales - TMV servicing and failsafes - Tank inspections, cleans and chlorinations - Basic flushing on little used outlets - Water sampling - Temperature monitoring - Using a PDA to complete service reports - Representing the company in a professional manner Alternative job titles: Water Treatment Engineer, Legionella Operative, L8 Technician, Water Hygiene Operative, Environmental Service Technician.
