Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year

Your Role
You'll use your education knowledge to:
Interview and support teachers and support staff
Match candidates to suitable school environments
Create high-quality CV profiles
Work alongside sales teams to fill vacancies
Build long-term relationships with schools and candidates
Following your first year, you'll receive advanced training in:
Business development
Negotiation and client management
Safeguarding and compliance
Handling challenging conversations
Essential Criteria
UK driving licence
UK right to work - no sponsorship
A consistent CV showing commitment and transferable skills
Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
A desire to move into a commercial, target-driven role
