Operations Centre Manager Stowmarket Monday-Friday- Onsite Up to £40,000pa We are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Operations Centre Manager to lead the daily operation, development, and strategic progression of a modern Innovation Centre. The role combines facilities management, tenant engagement, business support, project development, and community-building across a high growth environment. The postholder will ensure excellent service delivery for all tenants, visitors, and partners, maintaining the hub’s operational standards, supporting contract management, and contributing to the wider innovation, enterprise, and skills strategy. The role includes promoting occupancy, negotiating lease and hire agreements, resolving tenant issues, and managing events, workshops, and business programmes. You will also work closely with the finance and operational teams to support the site’s commercial performance. Training Period Prior to the centre’s opening (April 2026), you will complete training days across other operational sites to gain insight into processes, systems, and best practice.
