Role Description
This is a full-time, maternity cover position for a Dispensing Optician located in the Greater Cambridge Area. The Dispensing Optician will be responsible for assisting patients with eyewear selection, fitting frames, and making lens recommendations according to prescriptions. Daily tasks include monitoring patient orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. The Dispensing Optician will also collaborate with optometrists and manage patient records and appointments.
