The Maintenance Manager ensures that all hotel facilities, equipment, and grounds operate at the highest standard, supporting both guest satisfaction and safety. This role is central to maintaining NICI’s luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all maintenance operations, including preventative programs and repairs.

Lead and train the maintenance team to ensure high performance and safety.

Coordinate with management on renovations, upgrades, and technical projects.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hotel or luxury property maintenance management.
