Join a highly reputable organisation within the financial services sector as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day‑to‑day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions: UK, East Asia, Europe; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and validate global payroll processes, including verification, processing, and payment.
Oversee tax year‑end and start‑of‑year activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC and IRS regulations.
Continuously review and enhance payroll systems, embedding improvements and conducting relevant testing.
Provide guidance and oversight to third‑party vendors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose payroll and benefits service.
Core Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end payroll, ideally within the UK; US payroll experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR processes.
Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) preferred.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high‑volume workload and meet deadlines.
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in payroll and HR technology tools.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Location: Canary Wharf/Home hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
