In accordance with the practice rota, as agreed, thepost-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties,including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, Carryingout home visits for our Housebound patients, checking and signing repeatprescriptions and dealing with queries, Also On call sessions as the duty Dr onthe day in our triage hub.

Effective management of long-term conditions
Processing of administration in a timely manner, includingreferrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrativetasks
Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with goodpractice, policy and guidance.
Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of thepractice workload
Adhere to best practice recommended through clinicalguidelines and the audit process

We have two surgery sites one in Leeds 9 and one in Leeds 15and have a mixed patient demographic which gives variety. We are in two purposebuilt modern medical centres.
Our current list size is around 18,300. We are a trainingpractice with a supportive, enthusiastic team in a relaxed and encouragingworking environment. Currently we have eight partners and four salaried GPs an excellent nursing team and admin support.
