We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1–5 courses to full-time and part-time learners aged 16+. You’ll support curriculum development, create engaging learning materials, and help drive student success.
Key Responsibilities
*
Teach a range of engineering subjects using practical and theory-based methods
*
Plan lessons, develop course materials, and assess student work
*
Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners reach their potential
*
Contribute to curriculum development and new course delivery
*
Support recruitment activities, student reviews, and progress monitoring
*
Work collaboratively with the Course Leader and teaching team
What We’re Looking For
*
Level 5 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
*
GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
*
Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
*
Industry experience in engineering (e.g., CAD, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical)
*
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate learners
