Head of Sales - (Web Security/ Cyber Security)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid)


About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and highly driven Head of Sales – UK to lead regional growth for an emerging cybersecurity vendor specialising in web security and secure access technologies. This role is ideal for a sales leader experienced in GTM strategy, enterprise selling, and building new markets within the cybersecurity domain.


You will be the senior commercial lead for the UK region, responsible for pipeline growth, enterprise acquisition, partner strategy, and establishing the company as a trusted security partner across the UK market.


Responsibilities:

* Own UK revenue goals and execute the regional sales strategy.
* Build and lead a high-performing UK sales team.
* Drive enterprise pipeline through direct sales, partners, and marketing alignment.
* Lead full sales cycles with C-level, security, and IT stakeholders.
* Clearly position the value of the company’s web security platform.
* Establish repeatable processes for qualification, POCs, and closing.
* Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners (MSSPs, VARs, SIs).
* Provide market and competitive insights to influence product and GTM direction.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer outcomes.
* Represent the UK region in global forecasting and revenue planning.


Requirements:

* Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity sales experience in areas such as network security, browser security, SASE/SSE, web security, or secure access technologies, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or regional ownership role (Head of Sales, Regional Director, Country Manager).
* Demonstrated success winning enterprise accounts, building new territories, and managing complex sales cycles with CISOs, security teams, and procurement stakeholders.
* Strong technical understanding of modern security architectures and the broader web security landscape.
* Established relationships with UK enterprise customers and channel partners, including MSSPs, VARs, and system integrators.
* Highly motivated and adaptable, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
