Teaching Assistant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: 90- 100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
We're looking for a teaching assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one support to a student
* Supporting the student's development
* Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with the student's behaviour management and social-emotional development
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children and students with SEND
* A nurturing nature
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work immediately and for the rest of the academic year
