The successful candidate must reside within the designated geographical territory.
This is a field-based role covering the regions of the Home Counties: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Oxfordshire.
Unrestricted travel within these areas is required, along with occasional overnight stays as necessary.

About the Product and Compliance Trainer Role:
Reporting to the Product and Compliance Training Manager, this role primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments, guided by a structured training program. The scope includes supporting NHS and private hospitals, as well as other industry segments.
Responsibilities of the Product and Compliance Trainer include:
* Providing training across all product categories, using a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation
* Representing SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings
* Conducting detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use
* Collaborating with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts, including End Users and Distributors
Experience required:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
* Recognized training qualification and/or experience
