As a Senior Content Designer in our digital customer experience team, you'll help deliver world-class content across sky.com, the My Sky app, agent macros, and transactional communications. You'll collaborate within Agile teams, drive content solutions, and be responsible for outcomes that meet business goals and customer needs.
Sitting within the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, you'll create world-class customer journeys and designs to support our product roadmaps for the UK & Ireland. What you'll do:
