Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Maintain and update group standard operating procedures and instructional documents.
4. Conduct internal audits and report findings.
5. Lead and manage external ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001).
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Ensure proper storage of company contracts in the document management system.
8. Participate as a member of the Health & Safety committee.
9. Deliver training on quality-related topics across the organisation.
10. Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise the board on emerging issues.
11. Provide expert guidance on compliance areas such as GDPR, AML, sanctions, export policy, and sustainability.
12. Develop onboarding and monitoring processes for business partners aligned with ISO standards.
13. Support or act as Data Protection Officer in investigations.
14. Undertake ad hoc tasks aligned with company culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Specialist should have:
15. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
16. Experience in IT distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing within a multi-company import/export environment.
17. Understanding of export controls, sanctions, AML, GDPR.
18. Skilled in internal audits and root cause analysis.
19. Collaborative working style with excellent analytical and communication skills.
20. Continuous improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma desirable).
21. Sound knowledge of cyber risk.
