Due to an exciting growth period, my client is looking for a full time, permanent Claim Validator role, who will be based in their offices in Aylesbury. As part of a supportive and friendly Claims Validating team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted work from our clients network of specialists. You will be working with local suppliers and clients to handle claims and repairs within the agreed time-frame.
The position of Claim Validator will suit someone who has an excellent eye for detail, as you will be reviewing estimates and invoices and conducting final checks of claims prior to closing. You will need to have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate to keep within agreed terms, with a naturally calm and effective approach to problems solving.
Duties will include:
Building relationships with a network of suppliers
Ensuring communication between all key stakeholders
Validation of costs and claim coverage
Final reconciliation of work carried out
Ensuring service levels are adhered to
Ensuring repair schedules are appropriate and efficient
Offering support and guidance to everyone within the network
Skillset:
Strong negotiation skills with a natural talent for connecting with people

Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
Clear attention to detail and investigative qualities
Strong communication skills within an office environment is essential
Previous experience validating claims, strong insurance experience or experience with the drying industry is beneficial for the Claim Validator position and essential for the Senior Claim Validator position.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a possible Saturday morning shift (which would be worked from home)
Wage will be dependent on experience ( Claim Validator £23.900-£26,000 / Senior Claim Validator £27,000-£30,000 ). Bonus scheme available.
