Gravity Industries is redefining human flight. Our Jet Suits are used for everything from extreme sports to tactical military applications. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the production team through the entire production process of our Jet Suit systems — from precision assembly and testing to quality control and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in combining custom-designed components and advanced manufacturing techniques with your engineering expertise to deliver reliable, high-performance flight systems. Working closely with our engineering, events, and training teams, you’ll ensure every Jet Suit meets the highest standards of innovation, safety, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the production engineering team to ensure timely delivery of Jet Suit components and systems. Develop and manage production forecasts and timelines. Collaborate with design and development teams to provide production insights and optimise production operations. Monitor production timelines and resource allocation to align with project goals. Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in production engineering or project management, preferably in a high-tech or aerospace environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality assurance protocols. Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
