Overview
Position: Deputy Home Manager. Location: Poole. Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
About The Role
As Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and safety. You will provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the care team and take full responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager in leadership and development
* Oversee assessments for prospective residents
* Provide supervision and direction to care teams
* Promote a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvement
About You
* Be currently working at Care Team Leader level or above
* Have experience in a residential care setting
* Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
* Be passionate about person‑centred care
