Senior Service Coordinator

We are working with a well-established, market-leading lift company in Glasgow who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Coordinator to support their growing operations team.

This is a key role within the business, acting as a central point of coordination between engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring works are planned, communicated, and delivered efficiently.

The Role

Coordinate planned, reactive, and project works across a large engineer workforce

*

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, handling queries and escalations

*

Plan engineer schedules to maximise productivity and meet service level agreements

*

Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

*

Manage job allocation, progress tracking, and completion updates

*

Maintain accurate records within internal systems and produce reports as required

*

Support and mentor junior coordinators within the team

*

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety and company procedures

The Ideal Candidate

*

Proven experience in a senior coordination, scheduling, or planning role (engineering, lifts, FM, construction, or similar environment)

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Confident dealing with engineers, clients, and senior stakeholders

*

Experience managing workloads, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

*

Comfortable handling escalations and problem-solving

*

Good IT skills (planning systems, Microsoft Office, CRM/CAFM systems)

*

Lift industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential
