Job Summary
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, support with meals, follow care plans, and give one‑to‑one time to residents. Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living tasks including eating, drinking, dressing, and personal hygiene.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Follow individual care plans and administer medications as directed.
* Ensure residents have one‑to‑one time to promote wellbeing.
* Support the care team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* Experience caring for older people.
* Excellent communication skills.
