Key Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment Assisting with job postings, advertising vacancies, and sourcing candidates. Coordinating with line managers to arrange interviews and prepare interview packs. Processing applications, including acknowledging, rejection letters, and setting up interview schedules. Ensuring proper legal and ethical practices during recruitment. Onboarding: Preparing new hire paperwork, including offer letters and employment contracts. Facilitating onboarding processes for new employees. Updating HR records & Timesheets with new hire information. Facilitating background checks. Work with Occupational Health for Pre-employment assessments. Conduction HR inductions Book in mid-point and end-point probation reviews Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies regarding data privacy. HR Support: Provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies & procedures, timesheets.
