Clark James are a leading Specialist Recruiter with a fantastic role ideal for candidates with a really in depth level of Insurance experience and strong admin skills who are looking for a great opportunity to work closely with the MD of a brilliant Insurance broker in South Essex. The role is supporting them with broking duties as well as some PA support duties and would ideally be someone with Acturis knowledge.
Principal Duties and Key Tasks
* Provide administration support to the Director of Motor Fleet insurance department to include, but not restricted to:
* New Business Administration and reports using Acturis.
* Mid-term adjustments & administration
* Renewal negotiating, broking and administration
* Chasing payments
* Marketing risks ready for client visits
* Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies
* Maintaining day to day Compliance procedures for FCA Regulation
We are looking for customer focussed individual with strong administrative skills and good previous Insurance experience. The role might suit, for example someone returning to an Insurance career after maternity or someone later in their career looking for a more rewarding but less hectic role rather than a progression opportunity.
