Our busy Operations Administration team maintains high standards to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers every day. We are now looking to hire a highly organized Operations Administrator on a secondment basis to handle all day-to-day administrative duties and support the smooth running of the Operations Department.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Carrying out daily tasks assigned by the management team
* Managing inventory control systems, including physical counts, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, and customer service
* Resolving stock location issues within the warehouse
* Working as part of a team to cover absences or busy periods
* Producing regular reports aligned with the Operations department and company KPIs
* Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, consumable orders, and document management
* Maintaining a professional, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
We value candidates with an understanding of a premium brand, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong administration experience, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
You should have initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and high standards. The role is based at our Distribution Centre in Swindon.
