The Role
* Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD
* Deliver residential projects typically ranging from 30–300 units
* Manage workload and programme across multiple projects
* Oversee and support team members, reviewing drawings to maintain standards
* Act as a key client contact and help build long-term relationships
* Resolve technical and design issues with practical solutions
* Assist with fee proposals and project planning
About You
* Architectural Technician with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong background in UK residential projects, ideally developer-led schemes
* High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience coordinating projects and working with housebuilders
* Revit experience beneficial but not essential
