The client lives with a supportive, welcoming family in a pet-free home, has a creative personality, and enjoys films, arts and crafts, and hypnotherapy, valuing reassuring, person-centred support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is genuinely caring, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality home-based care; experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. Qualifications Complex Care Assistant Job: Skills & Requirements Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is not essential, but experience in the following would be extremely advantageous: PEG feeding.
