Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence in both domestic and Asia markets. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and luxury event planners. You will work closely with our elite hospitality team to deliver unparalleled experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth of hotel's event and social business, focusing on corporate events and private functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, agencies and businesses to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
* Represent company at networking events and industry conferences to increase domestic and international market presence
* Develop and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Create and execute strategies to strengthen key client relationships.
* Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue goals while balancing new client acquisition with the management of existing accounts
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on pipeline activity, trends, and performance.
* Deliver tailored proposals that showcase the venue's exclusivity and premium services.
* Manage negotiations contracts and agreements to secure high-value bookings.

Experience

* Proven experience in property management or business development.
* Strong understanding of commercial and residential property management.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of high-value client acquisition
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in event management and coordination is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Fluent in English and another language is preferred
