The Kingsley School are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative Student Support and Wellbeing Lead to join a vibrant and ambitious department in a thriving school. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, a positive mindset, and a forward-thinking approach to this exciting new position. Also, they will have empathy and understanding and be able to provide outstanding pastoral care that reduces barriers to learning and supports happy, confident and resilient students. Hours of work : Monday to Friday working from 8.30am to 4.15pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day. This role is a term time only plus INSET days. Pay Banding : point24 to 27, actual salary range from£22,484 per annumto£24,732 per annum. Location : Leamington Campus Start Date : September 2025 Reporting Lines The post holder will report to the Deputy Head (Wellbeing and Pastoral Care) andAssistant Head (Support and Safeguarding).
