My client is an exciting and fast-growing Fintech operating in the payments space. They are a technology-driven payment service provider that empowers e-commerce businesses with the latest payment technologies and delivers tailored payment solutions.
They are experiencing rapid expansion and with ambitious growth plans for the future, it’s an exciting time to join the team. They are looking for their first in-house Marketing hire – someone who can take ownership of lead generation, build the brand presence, and drive the strategy for all marketing activity.
They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to define and implement their marketing strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and positioning them as the go-to solution for their target market.
About the role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Accountable for increasing brand recognition and spearheading lead generation efforts.
* Managing relationships with third-party marketing agencies.
* Tracking performance and management of brand and lead generation efforts.
* Taking ownership of marketing plan and budget.
* Implement social media management plan including content strategy, creation and scheduling.
* Manage branding of company documents both internal and external.
* Manage website updates and blog creation.
About you:
* Proven track record of marketing management, with at least two years' experience in a Marketing manager role.
* Business to business marketing experience is essential.
* A passion for creating and selling innovative solutions.
* Demonstrates ambition and a drive to contribute to business growth.
* Excellent project management and analytical skills.
