We are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing financial services organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator.


This opportunity sits within a dynamic and supportive team and will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys combining administrative accuracy with client interaction. The role involves managing financial processes, handling client enquiries, and supporting the full lifecycle of financial schemes.


In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to c£25,000, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and the opportunity to develop within a specialist and professional environment with full training provided.


Roles and Responsibilities

* Speaking with clients, advisers, and stakeholders to manage pension enquiries and scheme requirements
* Preparing and processing pension scheme applications, contributions, and transfers
* Maintaining accurate member records and updating internal systems
* Liaising with regulatory bodies to support scheme registrations and returns
* Supporting benefit calculations, payments, and scheme administration tasks


Skills and Experience

* Previous administrative experience with an interest in the finance sector
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and calculations
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Personable, professional, and articulate with strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Vacancy Summary


Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday (35 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Location: Bradwell, Stoke-in-Trent

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
