Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Crawley. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing order processing, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining organized administrative records, and assisting with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the sales operations.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
* Experience in Order Processing and Sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in completing transactions and documentation.
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with automotive industry processes is a plus but not required.
* Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
