SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Department: Sales

Reports to: Head of On-Trade Sales

ROLE OVERVIEW

Growing our presence and brand love within your area is crucial to our success. We need you to build the brand and make us famous with our target communities within that particular focus area.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prospect and win new customers which align with our overall sales strategy

· Retain and grow your existing customers through brilliant account management

· Hit your targets on call rate, new business, retention and volume growth

· Learn our beers inside out and master your sales pitch in trade

· Deliver a staff training and activation plan with all of your customers

· Continually develop your beer and category knowledge beyond Two Tribes

· Contribute to our strategic vision by frequently feeding back customer insights

· Develop fruitful relationships with your counterpart(s) within our partner wholesalers

· Effectively use and maintain your results in our CRM system


DESIRED SKILLS

· Great interpersonal and influencing ability

· Open to learning and development

· High energy, tenacious and results oriented

· Passionate about beer and hospitality

· Organised and able to effectively prioritise your time


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

· Prior knowledge of the sales territory, ideally based within it

· 1-2 years’ experience in the on-trade (sales or bar work)

PACKAGE

· Base salary range of £30,000 dependent on experience

· Annual bonus based on company and individual performance

· Zone 1 – 3 Oyster Travel Card

· 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

· 3% employer pension contribution
