Role Summary
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing new business opportunities, leading and supporting the junior sales team, and maintaining a high standard of customer engagement. The role combines reactive inbound enquiries with proactive outbound activity to meet targets. It involves strategic planning, structured pipeline management, CPD development, coaching colleagues on higher‑value projects, and consistently representing the company with professionalism and expertise. The role requires a balance between working from the office and attending meetings offsite with customers and contractors.
