Responsibilities
* As Sous Chef, support the Kitchen Manager to keep energy high and standards even higher.
* Lead from the front, guiding the team to deliver every dish with precision.
* Keep the pass lively, manage stock, and ensure every plate is a showstopper.
* Develop talent, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring fun to every service.

Qualifications & What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment and leadership of kitchen staff.
* Ability to manage stock, oversee plating, and ensure consistent quality.
