We’re supporting a leading organisation to hire a Customer & Commercial Change Manager into a high-impact role operating across customer outcomes, commercial performance and governance.
This is a fast-paced, highly visible position suited to someone who enjoys variety, influence and driving change across a business.
🔎 The Role
You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, sales, retention, pricing & product), helping to:
* Review and improve customer journeys, processes and policies
* Ensure alignment with Consumer Duty, balancing customer and commercial outcomes
* Support business initiatives with insight, challenge and practical recommendations
* Manage risk, breaches and remediation activity
* Deliver exec-level reporting, board packs and governance forums
* Partner with stakeholders from operations through to senior leadership
You’ll need to be equally comfortable in the detail and at a strategic level, often switching between both.

* Strong understanding of regulated environments / Consumer Duty
* Experience improving processes, controls or customer journeys
* Confident stakeholder management across multiple levels
